What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, group size, budget range and whatever you write in the message. We also record the page you enquired from, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, your browser user agent and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, which we use only to limit automated abuse.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to design and quote a trip for you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while they remain commercially relevant and are then deleted. If you would like your record removed sooner, email us and we will do it.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie only where one is needed, such as when you submit a form. Analytics and marketing cookies load only if you consent to them in the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Your rights
